Preparation
- Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature. Leave it out for about 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip or homemade whipped topping until just incorporated.
- Stir in the brown sugar and mini chocolate chips. Reserve a few chips for garnish if desired.
- Taste the dip and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with reserved chocolate chips. Serve with animal crackers for dipping.
Notes
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. For a make-ahead option, prepare a day in advance for better flavor melding.
