- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat until fully liquid but not browned.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, stirring constantly until fragrant.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend together for about 30 seconds.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, stirring to combine, and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve immediately over seafood, steak, pasta, or as a dipping sauce.
Notes
For make-ahead, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Reheat gently before serving. Don't rush the garlic sautéing process to avoid burning.
