- Incorporate the heavy cream and half of the cheese, stir gently until creamy and well-mixed.
- Finally, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, cover, and let it melt for a few minutes before serving hot.

For a vegan option, replace ground beef with lentils or plant-based meat, use vegetable broth, and substitute heavy cream with coconut or cashew cream. For gluten-free, ensure the broth is certified gluten-free. For keto, substitute potatoes with cauliflower.
