  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces) Can use any brand; low-fat version works too.
  • 1.75 cups half-and-half Whole milk can be used; organic is preferred.
Flavoring Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons molasses Adds depth and signature gingerbread sweetness.
  • 1.5 teaspoons gingerbread spice mix Can buy pre-made or create using ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Choose pure vanilla for the best flavor.

Preparation
  1. Gather Your Ingredients: Measure and prep all ingredients.
  2. Mix the Bases: In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and half-and-half. Whisk until creamy.
  3. Add the Flavor: Whisk in molasses, gingerbread spice mix, and vanilla extract until blended.
  4. Storage: Pour into a jar or bottle with a tight lid and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Shake and Serve: Shake well before pouring over coffee. Enjoy!

Notes

For smoother creamer, use an immersion blender. The creamer can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
