Forming Bonbons
- Scoop the cheese mixture into eight equal balls using a small spoon or melon baller and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
Wrapping
- Wrap each cheese ball with a slice of prosciutto, tucking the ends underneath to secure the bonbon.
Finishing Touches
- Drizzle honey over the wrapped bonbons and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Sprinkle microgreens over each bonbon just before serving.
Notes
These bonbons can be made a day in advance; just add the honey drizzle and microgreens right before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
