Preparation
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse and hull the strawberries without puncturing the skin, then hollow out the center of each berry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, honey, lime juice, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the filling to a piping bag and pipe the mixture into each hollowed strawberry.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey and sriracha sauce for the glaze.
Grilling
- Place filled strawberries on a grill-safe plate or foil and grill for 1 to 2 minutes until warm with grill marks.
- Brush each strawberry with the sweet and spicy glaze after grilling.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
