- Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled tortellini with cherry tomatoes, black olives, pepperoni, salami, mozzarella pearls, red onion, and fresh basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the tortellini mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, give the salad a final toss and drizzle with more olive oil and vinegar if needed.
