Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew jasmine green tea by steeping 2 cups in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. In a separate cup, mix the cooled tea with 1 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of simple syrup. Whisk until well combined and frothy.
  3. Prepare the brown sugar boba according to package instructions and let them soak in syrup for flavor.
Assembly
  1. In a serving glass, place the cooked boba at the bottom, then pour the jasmine tea and milk mixture on top.
  2. If desired, add ice for a refreshing finish. Stir well before serving.
