- Heat your wok over medium heat until it's hot enough to sear the bacon.
- Add the bacon pieces and fry until they start to brown and have rendered their fat for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the bacon is browned, add in the chopped garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the cut long beans into the wok and stir-fry for about 2–3 minutes, until vibrant and slightly tender.
- Drizzle in the soy sauce and stir everything together, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot, optionally with rice or noodles.
