  1. Heat a heavy-bottomed cast iron skillet over medium heat and add the sesame oil.
  2. Introduce the ground beef, browning it thoroughly and breaking apart large clumps for about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, allowing them to sizzle for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the chopped cabbage and pour over the soy sauce, stirring continuously until the cabbage is tender but still crunchy, which takes approximately 5-7 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions for a fresh touch.

Notes

For extra nutrients, add sesame or sunflower seeds. Use monk fruit instead of sugar for a sweeter taste.
