Ingredients

For the Crust
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs Opt for a high-quality graham cracker brand for better flavor and texture.
  • cup butter, melted
For the Cream Cheese Layer
  • 1 pack cream cheese, softened (8 oz) Use Philadelphia cream cheese for unparalleled creaminess.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
For the Peanut Butter Layer
  • 1 package instant peanut butter pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 2 cups milk For a dairy-free option, use plant-based milk.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce

Method

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until thoroughly combined. The mixture should resemble wet sand.
  2. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x9 inch pan, creating an even crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping gently and spread it uniformly over the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the peanut butter pudding mix and milk until thickened and smooth—about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Carefully spread the peanut butter mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Drizzle the chocolate fudge sauce generously on top.
  7. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours to set.
Serving
  1. Once chilled, cut into squares and enjoy your dessert!
