  • 2 ounces Kahlua or other coffee liqueur For rich coffee flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a small dish, combine the pumpkin pie spice and sugar to create the spiced sugar mixture.
  2. Wet the rims of two lowball glasses with a small amount of water, then roll them in the spiced sugar until nicely coated.
Mixing
  1. Fill the prepared glasses with crushed ice at almost to the brim.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka, pumpkin pie spice, and Kahlua. Shake well for about 15 seconds until cold.
  3. Strain the vodka mixture into the prepared glasses over the ice.
  4. Divide the heavy cream between the two glasses and gently stir to combine, ensuring not to overmix.
